The duly promulgated lists of controlled plants in Pennsylvania, including the PA Department of Agriculture's Noxious, Invasive and Poisonous Plan Program Class lists and the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resource's list of Invasive Plants of Pennsylvania shall be incorporated herein.
