§ 317-101. Purpose.
This Chapter is intended to regulate and provide guidance to landowners to responsibly control invasive plants and noxious weeds to allow the re-establishment of native plants and to implement the City's obligations under the Controlled Plant aud Noxious Weed Act, 3 PA CS Section 1501 et seq.
