§ 225(a). Counsel Staff.
City Council shall appoint all assistants and employees of Council office, whose number and compensation shall be fixed as Council by budgetary provisions, provides, and who, in all other respects, shall be considered employees of the City. [Approved by Charter Referendum at the June 2, 2020 Primary Election]
