A. Any person aggrieved by the decision of any official of the Property Improvement Division, Fire Department or Police Department may request and shall then be granted a hearing before the Manager of the Property Improvement Division of the City, provided he files a written petition with the City within 10 days after receiving a notice to comply with the provisions of this chapter requesting such hearing and setting forth a brief statement of the grounds therefor. The hearing shall commence not later than 30 days after the date on which the petition was filed unless postponed for sufficient cause.
B. After such hearing, the Property Improvement Division Manager shall sustain, modify or overrule the decision of the official of the Property Improvement Division, Fire Department or Police Department.
