The permit(s) shall be revoked at the end of five days following service of a revocation notice. Unless a request for a hearing is filed with the Property Maintenance Division by the operator within such a five-day period, the revocation of the permit(s) becomes final. The hearing shall be held by the Code and License Appeals Board within 20 days of the receipt of the request and the payment of an appeals fee as per City Code Chapter 212.
