Any proposed changes to the application prior to the date of the event must be approved by the City's Police Department or the Reading Recreation Commission, as applicable, with possible consultation with Public Works, Manager of Property Maintenance, Fire, Risk and Safety, the Reading Parking Authority and the City Solicitor.
