§ 576-1104. Locations where pedestrians may cross only in crosswalk.
   A.   It shall be unlawful for any pedestrian:
      (1)   To cross any roadway in a business district within the City except in a crosswalk.
      (2)   To cross the roadway, in any of the following portions of streets in the City, except in a crosswalk:

   B.   Provided, nothing in this section shall permit any pedestrian to cross in a crosswalk at any location where that crossing is prohibited by § 576-1102.
