§ 576-814. Release of immobilized vehicle.
[Amended 5-9-2022 by Ord. No. 41-2022]
   A.   The owner of an immobilized vehicle or other authorized person shall be permitted to secure the release of a vehicle upon:
      (1)   Payment of all outstanding fines and penalties for each unsettled parking violation; and
      (2)   Payment of the immobilization fee set forth in § 212-144.
