§ 576-809. Violations and penalties.
[Amended 3-13-2023 by Ord. No. 29-2023]
Any person who shall violate any provision of this Part shall, upon conviction thereof, be sentenced to pay a fine of $100 together with all costs of disposing of the vehicle under the provisions of the Vehicle Code, 75 P.S. § 7301 et seq.
