§ 576-806. Reclamation costs.
[Amended 8-26-2013 by Ord. No. 35-2013; 3-13-2023 by Ord. No. 29-2023]
In order to reclaim his vehicle, the owner shall pay towing and storage costs plus a $100 fee, of which $25 shall be transferred to the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation by the garage to which the vehicle was taken.
