§ 576-707. Revocation of permit.
These permits are subject to revocation at any time by the City or the Reading Parking Authority. Grounds for revocation shall be based on repeated violation of the intent and meaning of this Part, the interpretation of which shall be rendered by the Chief of Police or Executive Director of the Parking Authority. Any and all fees charged for revoked permits are entirely nonrefundable.
