§ 576-516. Verification of parking meters or kiosks.
All parking meters and kiosks located in the City shall be checked for accuracy at least once every three years. A statement verifying that the inspection has been completed shall be submitted to City Council. Parking meters and kiosks shall meet maintenance and acceptable tolerances established by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Weights and Measures.
