§ 549-903. Tax percentage to equal 1.3%.
The City of Reading hereby imposes a tax of a certain percentage which, when added to the percentage imposed by the taxpayer's resident (domicile) taxing authority, equals 1.3% on all earned income and net profits generated by nonresidents of the City of Reading within the City of Reading.
