§ 549-604. Notice.
[Amended 5-29-2001 by Ord. No. 14-2001]
The Finance Director shall cause tax notices to be mailed to all taxpayers within the City prior to July 1 of each tax year; however, failure to mail such notice or failure of the taxpayer to receive such notice shall not excuse payment thereof.
