§ 549-208. Income Tax Officer.
The Income Tax Officer shall perform all the duties, be subject to all the requirements, and have all the powers prescribed by § 13(V) of the Enabling Act. Such Income Tax Officer shall receive such compensation for his services and expenses as determined by the Council of the City.
