§ 543-112. Termination.
[Amended 12-27-1989 by Ord. No. 122-1989; 11-9-1994 by Ord. No. 123-94; 6-8-1998 by Ord. No. 20-1998; 12-13-2004 by Ord. No. 55-2004; 7-12-2010 by Ord. No. 32-2010]
Unless otherwise repealed by Council, this Part shall terminate December 31, 2032. Any property tax exemption created under the provision of this Part shall be permitted to continue even if this Part expires or is repealed.
