A. Should any action or provision of this chapter be declared by the courts to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of this chapter as a whole nor the validity of any other section or provision of this chapter than the one so declared.
B. Where this chapter imposes a greater restriction upon land than is imposed or required by such existing provisions of law, ordinance, contract or deed, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
C. Any subdivision or land development, as defined in this chapter, in any area of the City for which Council has approved a redevelopment proposal or an urban renewal plan in accordance with the Pennsylvania Urban Redevelopment Law, Act of May 24, 1945, P.L. 991, as amended, 35 P.S. § 1701 et seq., shall be subject to review, approval and regulation in accordance with the provisions of this chapter under the standards and criteria set forth in such redevelopment proposal or urban renewal plan, and any amendments thereto, which standards and criteria shall supersede the standards and criteria for subdivision and land development set forth in Parts 5 and 6.
D. All ordinances or parts of ordinances which are inconsistent with the provisions of this chapter are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
