A. The scale and sheet size of the sketch plan of a proposed subdivision shall be as required in § 515-402 for preliminary plans. The sketch plan shall contain at least the following data, legibly drawn to scale but not necessarily showing precise dimensions:
(1) Tract boundaries, accurately labeled.
(2) Name of the municipality and county in which the subdivision is located.
(3) North point.
(4) Written and graphic scales.
(5) Significant topographical and physical features.
(6) Proposed general street and lot layout.
B. A letter of intent explaining the concept of development should be filed with the sketch plan.
C. The Berks County Soil and Water Conservation District shall be consulted by the subdivider where the sketch plan would indicate advice on erosion and sediment control.
