A. One signed copy of the plan indicating the modifications necessary for final approval shall be maintained by the City in the records of the Planning Division of the Community Development Department, and one signed copy shall be sent to the subdivider or his agent. B. Approval of the preliminary plan, subject to conditions, revisions and modifications as stipulated by the City Planning Commission, shall constitute conditional Commission approval as to the character and intensity of development, the arrangement and approximate dimension of streets, lots and other planned features, but shall not authorize the sale or transfer of lots. Approval of the preliminary plan shall not constitute acceptance of a subdivision for recording.
