§ 508-112. Private alleys.
   A.   Alley improvements may involve the removal and replacement of the roadway surface, improvement of drainage facilities and storm sewer, and the removal of trees and brush located within the easement area.
   B.   After the improvement is completed and the assessment is levied, adjacent homeowners shall continue to be responsible for care and maintenance of the improvement.
