The following penalties may be levied on either or both the seller and buyer, or new owner should either fail to comply with the terms of this Part:
A. Failure to obtain a certificate of transfer within 15 days of the time the property is offered for sale or transfer will result in a penalty as per the City of Reading Fee Schedule.

B. Failure to correct any deficiencies per the Health and Safety Inspection Report will result in penalties as stated in the Property Maintenance Code.
