§ 424-117. Appeals.
[Amended 5-29-2001 by Ord. No. 14-2001]
Any person aggrieved by an act or decision of the Public Works Director may appeal in writing within seven days thereafter to Council, the decision of which shall be final. Pending action by Council the act or decision of the Director of Public Works shall remain in effect, but no penalty shall be inflicted upon the appellant.
