§ 424-113. Emergency removal.
Poles or appurtenances or light standards made defective by fire, flood, storm or accident shall be removed, repaired or replaced by the owner within a reasonable time which in no event shall exceed 30 days. Failure to do so shall be a separate violation of this chapter.
