§ 410-109. License transfer.
[Amended 6-30-1954 by Ord. No. 31-1954; 8-24-1983 by Ord. No. 34-1983; 5-29-2001 by Ord. No. 14-2001]
No license shall be transferred without written consent from the Finance Director as evidenced by an endorsement on the face of the license by the Finance Director showing to whom the license is transferred and the date of the transfer.
