§ 396-106. Permit form.

The permit to be issued by the Director of the Department of Public Works shall be in the following form:

   PERMIT FOR USE OF THE FIREMEN'S MEMORIAL BAND SHELL, CITY PARK, READING, PENNSYLVANIA

Permission is hereby granted to in accordance with application, in writing, received and approved by the undersigned, for the use of the Firemen's Memorial Band Shell, City Park, Reading, Pennsylvania, and the use of the sound facilities, owned by the City of Reading, situate therein, for the ______ day of A.D. __________, between the hours of ______m. and _______ m.
