§ 387-108. Enforcement.

For noise disturbances in parks, preserves and other property owned by the City or its agencies, please refer to Chapter 396 Parks and Recreation, Parts 304, 305 and 312.
This chapter shall be enforced by the Police Department of the City and providing the Police with the ability to impound vehicles as provided in Chapter 576 Part 8 Immobilization and Impoundment.
