§ 378-102. Charges.
The City hereby imposes a 5.5% charge on the total outstanding delinquency (including tax principal, penalty and accrued interest) of any delinquent tax account returned to the Berks County Tax Claim Bureau. Said 5.5% charge shall be in addition to any attorney fees pursuant to § 378-101.
