§ 346-108. Violations and penalties.
[Amended 12-10-1980 by Ord. No. 52-1980; 8-24-1983 by Ord. No. 32-1983; 5-29-2001 by Ord. No. 14-2001]
Any person, firm or corporation who shall violate any provision of this chapter shall be, upon conviction thereof, sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $1,000 plus costs and, in default of payment of said fine and costs, to a term of imprisonment not to exceed 30 days.
