§ 328-111. Liability of City of Reading, Pennsylvania.
[Amended 12-4-2023 by Ord. No. 104-2023]
An issuance of an incorrect statement by the City of Reading, Pennsylvania, to an owner and/or occupant that a violation notice has been abated, removed or encapsulated does not subject the City of Reading, Pennsylvania, to any claims for liability if the issuance of the statement was made in good faith.
