§ 308-111. Structural changes.
Any change in the structural condition or integrity of a property shall be reported in writing to the Property Maintenance Division within seven days of such change. Prior to any change in the structural condition or integrity of a property, the owner shall obtain any necessary permits from the Building and Trades Office.
