§ 295-121. Amendments.
Council may, after public notice and hearing, amend, change or supplement the regulations herein established. Thus, Council may create additional historic districts, change the boundaries of historic districts, or amend the regulations pertaining thereto, provided such amendments are made by ordinance pursuant to the City Charter.
