§ 295-109. Approval and issuance of a certificate of appropriateness by Preservation Officer.
The Board may authorize the Preservation Officer to approve certain proposed building improvements. A list of treatments authorized by the Board for staff approval will be maintained by the Preservation Officer. All other applications will be referred to the Board.
