§ 288-502. Unprotected vehicle tire declared to be public nuisance.
Any vehicle tire:
   A.   Is detrimental to the safety and welfare of the public.
   B.   Creates a public health risk/hazard in light of the West Nile virus problem.
   C.   Creates a potential fire hazard.
   D.   Produces urban blight adverse to the maintenance and continuing development of municipalities.
   E.   Shall be deemed a public nuisance constituting a violation.
