§ 52.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person, firm, or corporation violating any provision of §§ 52.01 through 52.03 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense, and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

   (C)   Any person or customer found guilty of violating any of the provisions of §§ 52.15 through 52.21, or a written order of the city water supply system, in pursuance thereof, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $100 for each violation. Each day upon which a violation of the provisions of this chapter shall occur shall be deemed a separate and additional violation for the purpose of §§ 52.15 through 52.21.
