§ 110.45 CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRATION FEE.

All precious metal and gem dealers who shall apply to the City Police Department for a certificate of registration pursuant to Enrolled House Bill No. 4014 shall pay a fee of $50 to cover the reasonable cost of processing and issuing the certificate of registration.
