§ 110.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this subchapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any of the provisions of §§ 110.01 through 110.18 shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $100 for each offense or to imprisonment in the County Jail for not more than 90 days or to both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court. Each day of the violation shall be considered a separate offense.
