§ 110.31 DUTY OF OWNER OR OPERATOR.

   It shall be the duty of the owner or operator of any washrack, motor vehicle laundry, or laundromat for the laundering of clothing to:

   (A)   Keep the premises free of debris and litter;

   (B)   Prevent excessive noise and rowdiness; and

   (C)   Maintain peace, order, and safety on the premises.
