The Fire Chief and/or any other person designated by Council shall collect fees as follows:
(A) Stand-by charges. The Fire Chief or other designated individual shall collect a stand-by fee for costs incurred by the city that are necessitated by a need for general public safety. This fee shall be based on the schedule adopted pursuant to § 94.17; and
(B) User’s fee. The Fire Chief or other designated individual shall collect a fee based on costs incurred by the city for any service performed by the Fire Department where a fire requires a call for additional fire personnel above the normal manning.
