The fees as provided under this chapter shall be based on costs and the Fire Chief shall annually present to the City Council for approval, a fee schedule based on the approved Fire Department budget. The fee schedule will encompass manpower, equipment, material, and services rendered. Said schedule shall be in effect after its adoption in the form of an ordinance or by resolution.
