§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Conviction for violation of any of the provisions of §§ 90.35 through 90.43 shall be punished by a fine of not to exceed $100, together with costs of prosecution.
