§ 73.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the provisions of § 73.20 shall, upon a finding of responsibility, pay a fine of not more than $50, together with costs at the discretion of the court.

(B) Violation of §§ 73.35 and 73.36 shall be a civil infraction and shall be processed as such.
