§ 73.36  DETERMINING PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR VIOLATION.
   In any proceeding for violation of the provisions of this subchapter when the identity of the driver of such motor vehicle cannot be determined, the person in whose name the vehicle is registered shall be prima facie responsible for such violation.
