§ 71.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person violating any provisions of §§ 71.01 through 71.05, upon conviction thereof in any court of competent jurisdiction, shall be subject to a fine of not more than $500 or to imprisonment in the County Jail for a period of not more than 90 days or to both such fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the court.

   (C)   Penalty for violation of § 71.20 will come under the Michigan Uniform Traffic Code.
