§ 71.20  VEHICULAR TRAFFIC SPEED LIMITS.
   (A)   The purpose of this section is to set vehicular traffic speed limits in the city. The speed limits shall be as set forth in Chapter 74, Schedule I.
   (B)   This section shall become effective 30 days from this date.
