§ 33.75  PERSONNEL MANUAL ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The Personnel Manual of the City of Ravenna is adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth herein.  Amendments to the Personnel Manual shall be effective immediately and the revised Manual shall be given to each employee of the city.  A copy of the Personnel Manual is available for public inspection at the Clerk's office during normal business hours.
