(A) The following rates or fees shall be collected from the individual(s) responsible for burial arrangements at the City Cemetery for the following services:
(1) Grave opening $650
(2) Grave openings for children under the age of two years $250
(3) Cremations $250
(B) The following rates or fees shall be collected from the individual(s) purchasing lots at the City Cemetery for the following:
(1) One lot $700
(2) One-half lot $360
(3) One-quarter lot $180
(4) One space $100
