(A) The office of the Municipal Clerk/Treasurer is hereby authorized and given authority to allow an extension to utility customers for utility deposits provided an agreement is signed to the extent and payments are made as provided in said agreement.
(B) The Municipal Clerk/Treasurer's office further can, in their discretion as part of the conference as set forth in § 50.03, allow payments for any utility bills, water, sewer and garbage to be extended, provided that an Extended Payment Agreement is executed by the utility customer and payments are made in accordance with the terms of said Extended Payment Agreement. The condition of said Extended Payment Agreement is that the customer acknowledges that his utilities may be disconnected without further notice unless the payments are made pursuant to the Extended Payment Agreement.
