§ 35.15  COLLECTION FEE FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS CHECK OR INVALID AUTOMATIC CLEARING HOUSE (ACH) WITHDRAWAL.
   All checks that are issued to the City of Ravenna which are returned insufficient funds shall be assessed a collection fee in the amount of $20. In addition, any Automatic Clearing House (ACH) withdrawal which are rejected and funds are not received by the city shall be assessed a collection fee in the amount of $20. These fees shall be in addition to any other fees charged by the Buffalo County Attorney's office in any attempt to collect the same.
