§ 33.90  OFFICER DEFINED.
   For the purposes of sections of this subchapter, OFFICER shall mean a member of any board or commission of the city which spends and administers its own funds, who is dealing with a contract made by such board or commission; or any elected city official. Volunteer firefighters and ambulance drivers shall not be considered officers with respect to their duties as firefighters and ambulance drivers.
