(A) A spouse of a city official or employee involved in a business with which he or she is associated shall be deemed to apply to that official or employee for the purposes of the above sections concerning disclosure.
(B) A city official or a city employee may not participate in a vote or decision affecting a business with which an individual is associated if that individual is related in the first or second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
